My Approach
Stuck, overwhelmed, angry, confused, or afraid, you are not alone.
Negative thoughts, beliefs, and patterns of behavior that used to be ways of coping can cause us to question our self-worth, our abilities and even the meaning of our lives. It may be that we have outgrown those coping skills and they are no longer needed.
Opening up to our deeper feelings to understand our authentic self can allow us to learn new beliefs, positive thoughts and ways of behaving that more accurately represent the self we are, and how we want to present that self to others. I can help you navigate that journey.
