All Behavior Has a Purpose

Beneath the surface of our habits, words, and thoughts lies a purpose.
Rarely do we do things without reason.
We just need to be brave enough to ask, Why?

Understanding why we behave in different ways is the first step toward deciding if we want to change our thoughts, feelings, and actions. As a licensed clinical mental health counselor, nationally certified counselor, and person-centered therapist,
your perspective matters to me.

I want to understand what matters most to you.
